How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and  you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 
 Given the intimate nature of our products, we require items to be unworn with tags attached.  Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Returned items not meeting this criteria will be returned to the customer.  Only unopened hosiery packages and unworn garments with original packaging will be accepted for return.  Please include a short note stating why you are returning and what you would like in exchange.  Return to:   RPI  RETURNS   -   1960 EAST MAIN ST   -   ROCHESTER  NY 14609
 
 
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service, by email or telephone, within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we'll gladly fix it.  We will exchange most merchandise products you are not happy with, for any reason - size, color, quality, whatever.    Given the intimate nature of our products, we require items to be unworn.  Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Returned items not meeting this criteria will be returned to the customer.  Only unopened hosiery packages and unworn garments with original packaging will be accepted for return.  Please include a small note explaining what you would like in exchange.  If you do not want an exchange we will issue a certificate of credit toward future purchases.  We cannot take back any catalogs or magazines.

When will my order ship?
 
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped.
 
Shipping Policy
RUSH ORDERS
For all NEXT DAY and SECOND DAY AIR  & EXPRESS MAIL orders for in-stock items, received by us  before 3PM EST, Mon-Fri will be processed and shipped out that very day. 

EXPEDITED ORDERS  
3 DAY SELECT and PRIORITY MAIL requested by you will be sent within one day of ordering.

REGULAR SHIPPING
Other in stock items will be shipped within 3 business days.  Depending on the dollar amount of the order, the destination, and the request by you, the customer, we will ship via:    US FIRST CLASS MAIL   -    PRIORITY DELIVERY CONFIRMATION MAIL   -   INSURED MAIL   -   AIR MAIL   -   GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL.
