We will exchange most merchandise products you are not happy with, for any reason - size, color, quality, whatever, but, due to health and sanitation codes we cannot take back hosiery or underwear that has been tried on. Any items that are returned must be in the same condition and original packaging as they were received and returned within 30 days of when you received them. Please include a small note explaining what you would like in exchange. If you do not want an exchange we will issue a store credit certificate toward future purchases. "SCI" is the only name you will see on the return address on the package we send you. NEW YEAR'S EVE: Of course no deliveries on New Year's Day. Only Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air UPS deliveries on New Year's Eve and regular deliveries by US Mail. No UPS pick-ups on New Year Eve or Day.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: 3 PM is the deadline for NEXT DAY AIR and 2ND DAY AIR shipments if you want them shipped out that day (Monday - Friday) ...May 1 - Aug. 31 by 11AM on Fridays.
Next Day Air Saver is delivered at your normal daily delivery time, and Next Day Airis delivered before noon.
Express shipments examples: If we ship on Wednesday...Next Day Air is delivered Thursday, 2nd Day Air is delivered Friday, Over the weekend if we ship it on Friday...Next Day Air is delivered on Monday (and so on)

Regular shipping normally leaves here in one or two days and will be shipped by mail or ground UPS to you taking up to 5 delivery days depending on the location. The dollar amount of the order, the destination, and the request by you, the customer, determines the shipping method: USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL - UPS - PRIORITY DELIVERY CONFIRMATION MAIL - INSURED MAIL - AIR MAIL - GLOBAL
Please keep in mind, that order destinations to PO BOXES (Post Office Boxes) can only be delivered by the US MAIL and none of their express delivery services are guaranteed. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped out that following week.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be shipped via USPS Airmail. You are responsible for any additional customs or duty charges by your country.
When we ship any order we cannot be responsible for any delays that take place after shipping. The selected vendor, whether UPS, US Post Office or FedEx, is subject to delays in airports and shipping routes due to weather and other factors. Although they have a very good track record, it is possible they sometimes may not meet their delivery times. There are no refunds for late shipments due to weather or national disasters.

You can view the shopping cart at anytime and it will give you a sub-total. Insert your state and zip good and find out the exact cost of shipping with your chosen shipping method. Your shopping cart will be available for your viewing for up to 15 days. When you are ready to check out, click "check-out" and follow the step by step directions. The payment page will ask you how you are paying for the order. We take Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards and we take PayPal. We also give you the option of paying by check or money order through the mail, but remember that we will only hold that order for 15 days. Orders paid by check will be held for 10 business days from the time we receive the check. If you pay by Money order, your order will go out the day we receive the money order. Our shopping cart system is protected by Volusion Certification.
