Return Policy
We
strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order,
please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we'll gladly
fix it. We will exchange most merchandise products you are not happy
with, for any reason - size, color, quality, whatever, but, due to
health and sanitation codes we cannot take back hosiery or underwear
that has been tried on. Any items that are returned must be in the same condition and original packaging
as they were received and returned within 15 days of when you received
them. Please include a small note explaining what you would like in
exchange. If you do not want an exchange we will issue a store credit
certificate toward future purchases. Return Dept., 1960 East Main St, Rochester NY 14609. We cannot take back any catalogs
or magazines.
Shopping Cart and Check-out
You can view the shopping cart at anytime and it will give you a sub-total. Insert your state and zip good and find out the exact cost of shipping with your chosen shipping method. Your shopping cart will be available for your viewing for up to 15 days. When you are ready to check out, click "check-out" and follow the step by step directions. The payment page will ask you how you are paying for the order. We take Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards and we take PayPal. We also give you the option of paying by check or money order through the mail, but remember that we will only hold that order for 15 days. Orders paid by check will be held for 10 business days from the time we receive the check. If you pay by Money order, your order will go out the day we receive the money order. Our shopping cart system is protected by Volusion Certification.
Shipping Policy - If you need something by a certain date, we recommend that you write that in the order notes section on the check-out page or give us a call or email.
RUSH ORDERS
For all NEXT DAY and SECOND DAY AIR & EXPRESS MAIL orders for in-stock items, received by us before 3PM EST, Mon-Fri will be processed and shipped out that very day.
EXPEDITED ORDERS
3 DAY SELECT and PRIORITY MAIL requested by you will be sent within two days of ordering.
REGULAR SHIPPING
Depending on the dollar amount of the order, the destination, and the request by you, the customer, we will ship via: US FIRST CLASS MAIL - PRIORITY DELIVERY CONFIRMATION MAIL - INSURED MAIL - AIR MAIL - GLOBAL
PRIORITY MAIL.
Please keep in mind, that order destinations toPO BOXES (Post Office Boxes) can only be delivered by the US MAIL and none of their express delivery services are guaranteed. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped out that following week.
We cannot be responsible for any delays that take place after shipping. The selected vendor, whether UPS, US Post Office or FedEx, is subject to delays in airports and shipping routes due to weather and other factors. Although they have a very good track record, it is possible they sometimes may not meet their delivery times.

You can tell this by the "http" in front of the address for this area has an "s" after it, appearing as "https". All items on this website are to be considered the property of the webmaster and may not be used without prior authorization. Your credit card statement will show StockingStore.com opposite the charge for your order with us. Your order will be shipped in a plain white plastic envelope or an unmarked cardboard box. "RPI" or "SCI" is the only name you will see on the return address on the package we send you. We think that whatever you buy from us is no one's business but your own and we make sure everything is handled in a discreet manor.
