Shipping Information
All shipping rates, for any size order, can be viewed in the shopping cart by inserting the zip code of the intended ship-to address, or by entering the country, province and postal code for International shipping rates.
Normal Shipping means your order will be shipped by First Class mail, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground based on the weight, value of the package and delivery address. Approximate transport time is 3 to 9 days depending on location. PO Box addresses can only be shipped by US Mail.
3-DAY Service means you will receive your order on the 3rd business day after the ship day.
2ND DAY AIR Service means you would receive it on the 2nd business day after the ship day.
NEXT DAY Service would mean that you would receive that order by the end of the next business day after the ship day.
(Please keep in mind that these EXPRESS shipping services are active on business days only...Monday - Friday, and only if we receive your order by 3PM EST, that day. (during the Summer the deadline is 12noon on Wed. and 1PM on Fri.)
Example: The order is placed with us on Wednesday before 3PM EST for Next day delivery...then you will receive it on Thursday, 2nd day delivery...you receive it on Friday, 3-day delivery...you receive it on the following Monday. Shipment of any order also depends on the ordered items being in stock at that time. If you have to have a certain item on a special day please call for availability.)
NEXT DAY SATURDAY Delivery is a special service which does not cover all addresses in the USA. You must call us for this service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING will be by USPS International First Class, USPS International Priority, or UPS Expedited International. The person receiving this merchandise is responsible for any duty due.
CANADIAN SHIPPING will be by USPS International First Class, USPS International Priority, or UPS Expedited International. The person receiving this merchandise is responsible for any duty due. Because of the strength of the Canadian dollar and the increase of U.S. merchandise being purchased by the Canadian customer there is a longer time for packages to clear customs. It is taking up to 10 days just to clear customs in some cases. We have no power over this. UPS Expedited is the fastest service, but your delivery fee is extreme and the brokerage-customs fees charged to you by UPS will be excessive.

RUSH ORDERS
For all NEXT DAY and SECOND DAY AIR & EXPRESS MAIL orders for in-stock items, received by us before 3PM EST, Mon-Fri will be processed and shipped out that very day.
EXPEDITED ORDERS
3 DAY SELECT and PRIORITY MAIL requested by you will be shipped within one and a half days of us receiving your order.
REGULAR SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 6 business days depending on the items being in stock or not. Dollar amount and weight of the order, the destination, and the request by you, the customer, dictates how we will ship via: USPS CLASS MAIL - PRIORITY DELIVERY CONFIRMATION MAIL - INSURED MAIL - AIR MAIL - GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL.
