This is the same super comfortable lace garter belt as the VB211-C, with the same metal adjuster buckles and fasteners, but with shorter straps. This is very popular with people under 5'6”, because the six adjustable straps are about half the length as the regular model.  The shorter straps allow the stockings to be worn higher on the thigh, than with the regular model VB211C. This makes the stockings fit more comfortably, and also makes it possible to wear stockings with very short skirts, or tight jeans and not have the garters and stocking tops show.
