A very nice pair of Satin Pasties shaped as hearts with pleated trim around the edges and a tassel in the middle.  Twirl those tassels in the next bedroom play.  Approximate size is 2-1/2"wide by 2-1/2"high.  They stay on with pasties glue (not included)
