Very stylish Sheer Spandex nude Thigh Highs with black polka dots, a black top welt, and a black pyramidal cuban heel.  Top welt is elastic and is supposed to keep it up as a thigh high.  We suggest using a garter belt to help hold them up if you are going to wear them all day, or an active night out.  Take a look at the second picture and you will see the garters.  Reg.
