| This is a stretch elastic garter strap which is plainly cut-off at one end and a metal stocking tab on the other end. They are ready to be sewn onto any garment. These come in your choice of Black or White and have a bright chrome finish on all metal parts, which does not really show up in the picture. The only plastic on these straps is the combination nylon rubber stocking tab which is fastened to the metal. They are fully adjustable so they can be shortened to different lengths. These are 10" long from tip to tip and approximately 1/2" in width. (Width can be off by 1/16" because of varying batches) These are made in USA.
